Privacy

This website is run by Liam Alexander, trading as Liam Alexander Art, in Doncaster. It collects as little as it can.

The contact form

When you send a message, the form passes your name, email address, the subject you chose and your message to Liam Alexander by email, and sends you a confirmation. The email is delivered by Mailgun. A copy of the message is kept on the website's server so it is not lost if an email fails. Your details are used only to reply to you, and are never sold or shared for marketing.

Buying a print

Prints are sold on the shop, which runs on Shopify. When you go to the shop, Shopify's own privacy policy covers your order, payment and delivery details. This website never sees them.

Pictures of the prints

The pictures of the artwork load from Shopify's image service, which receives the usual details any website does, such as your IP address.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can ask what details are held about you, ask for them to be corrected, or ask for them to be deleted. Use the contact form. If you are unhappy with the answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
